Thank you so much, Susan, for helping me with Charlie. Your tips are working great. He is like a different dog in just a couple of days. Still have more to do but seeing rewards already. He loves his walks and so do I. The halti is God's gift to me right now. Charlie got to go to the Halloween parade and he just sat and did not jump, bark or growl (except for the fool with the mask on who scared him a little). What a relief. He did not bark when the trick or treaters came by or jump or anything. It was so great to trust him a little. Scared of pumpkins though. What a hoot.

Your help has been invaluable to me as I did not do the training correctly with our first dog and we paid for it. Charlie seems much happier with the discipline himself. Keeping up the walks and play times seems to really satisfy him and the kong ball frozen works great in the crate. I take it away when he leaves the crate so that it is something special he only gets when he goes in the crate. Thank you for taking the time to train me. Charlie loves that his mom finally learned how to behave.
